How does the platform work?

Our platform lets you build out your own, unique security knowledge base. You can add, modify, archive as many questions and answers as you like. 

The question and answer pairs you publish are used by the artificial intelligence to answer incoming questions.

Do you use my data to train the AI?

No. Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), and embeddings (uploaded documents + policies) are NOT used to train the AI platform.

  1. They aren’t used to improve any of our, or 3rd party products or services.
  2. We do not do track any data for training purposes. You own all of the data that is uploaded to the platform.

Our founders have an extensive background in cyber security, and all team members have undertaken cyber security training, GDPR training and AI privacy training.

  1. The compliance.sh platform is hosted in a secure cloud environment. All data uploaded is transmitted and encrypted over modern SSL.
  2. All data uploaded to the platform is stored and encrypted at rest.
  3. You don’t need to upload any sensitive data or PII to our platform.
